Overview
Festigra lets users discover, register, and buy tickets across Pakistani cities. The admin deck covers events, stories, tickets and orders, customers, providers, bookings, calendar, chat, finances, payouts, marketing, WhatsApp, an AI assistant, analytics, and reviews.
The challenge
Event discovery and ticketing in Pakistan were fragmented. Operators needed KYC, payouts, fraud alerts, and support in one place.
The solution
We built a marketplace plus an operations dashboard: users, events, revenue, bookings, pending KYC, payouts, support tickets, and fraud alerts, with role breakdowns for super admin, providers, organizers, and staff.
