Overview
Gotenderly is a centralized tender marketplace. Individuals and businesses describe a job once, bidders reply instantly, then the buyer compares, negotiates, and awards. The product ships anonymous-until-award bidding, no listing fees, and a two-minute post flow.

The challenge
The core challenge was simplifying a complex, multi-step tendering workflow into a clear system without stripping essential functionality. Buyers were posting the same request across WhatsApp groups and getting noisy, incomparable quotes.
The solution
We designed a structured, centralized platform with clean UX and modular architecture that streamlined posting, bidding, and award — live as a production product, not a prototype.
